Nephrologists Congress 2018 | July 23-24, 2018 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

High blood pressure and kidney disease should be thought of as an interlinked vicious cycle, which feed each other and make things mutually and progressively worse. All professionals in Nephrology and hypertension agree on the risk that high blood pressure poses to the kidneys, and the importance of blood pressure control for protecting the kidneys. Achieved blood pressure correlates with progression of renal failure. There is no guarantee that a person with hypertension will present any symptoms of the condition. About 33% of people actually do not know that they have high blood pressure, and this ignorance can last for years.

Even in studies that fail to show that lower blood pressures results in decreased progression of renal failure when we organize the results by achieved blood pressure rather than by intention to treat we see that lower blood pressures have slower progression of renal failure.

Some 2.5 million Malaysians have some form of kidney disease – and it is no thanks to their unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits. At present, there are about 30,000 people on dialysis and the number is increasing by about 5,000 to 6,000 each year. Every year, about 10% of dialysis patients die due to lack of organ donors. National Kidney Foundation's (NKF) board of directors was now on a mission to educate people on the disease and also to get those in the high-risk group to go for health screening for early detection of the disease.

Nephrologists Congress 2018 conference targets the undiscovered phases of international Nephrology research which gives an chance to the researchers all over the world to participate, share and perceive new thoughts and also exploration of their work. Our theme “New advances for prevention/treatment in the field of Nephrology and Hypertension” focuses on understanding the unknown facts of the Nephrology, Hypertension and their  research. The two day congress embraces the workshops and keynote speeches from some eminent researchers who outshine in the field of focus. 15th International Conference on Nephrology and Hypertension | July 23-24, 2018 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

High Blood Pressure and Your Kidneys

Blood pressure is that the measuring of force of fluid, or pressure the heart has to push the blood around the body. High blood pressure is measurement of the maximum and minimum blood pressure with each heartbeat. Another word for high blood pressure is hypertension. Having high blood pressure for a long period of time can injure blood vessels throughout your body. Hypertension may be result of too much fluid flowing through your blood vessels or having narrow blood vessels which restrict the flow of blood. Blood pressure plays an important role in the health of your kidneys. If you have high blood pressure it can damage the blood vessels in your kidneys. Damaged blood vessels can keep your kidneys from functioning properly.

If you have blood vessels got damaged in your kidneys it will prevent good renal function, and keep your kidneys from removing waste and extra fluid from body. As well as removing waste products from the blood, the kidneys play a key role in controlling blood pressure. Kidneys have the ability to regulate hormones which influence the tension in blood vessels. If high blood pressure goes unremarked and treatment is not given, patients with renal disease are more likely to develop progressive kidney failure. If one suffers from high blood pressure it is important to visit your physician regularly to help get it under control and to prevent the damage for kidneys. High blood pressure harms damaged kidneys

Hypertension is particularly common in patients with kidney disease. In most of the patients with renal problems controlling hypertension is the important step towards reducing the risk of further kidneys damage. It also reduces the risk of cardic problems such as strokes and heart attacks that can occur in anyone with hypertension. Hypertension is both an important cause and consequence of  renal diseases. In some cases it can be difficult to determine which came first.

We would warmly welcome you all to attend the 15th International Conference on Nephrology and Hypertension Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during July 23-24, 2018 to discuss the relevant advances in Nephrology and Hypertension research and will explore the novel trends to reduce the effects of Kidney disease risk factors.

15th International Conference on Nephrology and Hypertension (Nephrologists Congress 2018)

Regulation of blood pressure is a complex integrated response involving a range of organ systems including the central nervous system, kidneys, cardiovascular system and adrenal glands. These systems modulate rate of blood flow, fluid volumes and peripheral vascular resistance, the key determinants of blood pressure.
Kidneys and vascular system rely upon each other for good wellbeing health. The kidneys helps in filter waste for blood and additional liquids, and they utilize a lot of veins to do as such. At the point when the veins become damaged and the nephrons that channel your blood don't get the oxygen and supplements they have to perform work well. This is the reason hypertension (HBP or hypertension) is the second driving reason for kidney failure. overtime, uncontrolled hypertension can cause arteries around the kidneys to narrow, harden or weaker. These harmed corridors are not ready to convey enough blood to the kidney tissue.
The kidney has been largely neglected in almost all major clinical trials on pharmacologic treatment of essential hypertension: this lack of information on renal endpoints has led to the conclusion that renal failure is not a frequent outcome of long-lasting hypertension. Only a few prospective trials have examined the effect of systemic hypertension on the kidney. According to some large community-based studies, hypertensive patients tend to lose renal function faster than normotensive subjects. In addition, systolic and/or diastolic hypertension were reported to be independent risk factors for end-stage renal failure (ESRF) in treated hypertensive patients

Nephrologists and hypertension specialists work closely with other specialists, including endocrinologists, cardiologists, nurses, educators pharmacists, and dietitians to deliver  a cost-effective, high-quality care to patients who  are suffering from problems including the kidneys disease, uncontrolled hypertension or complex blood pressure issues.

Nephrologist Congress 2018

Nephrologists Congress 2018 Scientific Committee will be honoured to invite you to the 15th InternationalConference on Nephrology and Hypertension to be held in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during July 23 - 24, 2018. The conference proceedings will include seminars, symposiums and workshops on the latest treatment innovations in the field of Nephrology, Hypertension and Urology researches by experts from both academia and Nephrology and Hypertension Institutes and organizations.
People with Chronic kidney disease may experience worsening high BP. The physicians recommend medications to lower your blood pressure — commonly angiotensin II receptor blockers or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors — and to preserve kidney function. High blood pressure medications can change electrolyte levels and initially reduce kidney function and, so we need regular blood tests to monitor the condition. Your physician will likely also recommend a diuretic and a low-salt diet. This two-day Nephrologists Congress 2018 conference includes major sessions on detailed overview on Nephrology, Hypertension and disorders, Research Trends in Surgical and Medical Nephrology, Novel Approaches to Renal Therapeutics, Renal Medicines, Kidney Failure and Kidney Transplantation.

Nephrologists Congress 2018 follows the theme of “New advances for prevention/treatment in the field of Nephrology and Hypertension”. Nephrologists Congress 2018 conference will concentrate on latest and exciting innovations in areas of renal surgeries, diagnostics and recent technologies towards Renal careSince the future of Nephrology lies in research, knowledge and technology and its rapid translation into the clinic to help patients. Nephrologists Congress 2018 also acts as a platform to new interventions, exchange information and strengthen the alliance among Nephrologists and Hypertension specialists, Researchers, Associate Professors, and Scholars from both academia and Nephrology Institutes and organizations.

Nephrologists Congress 2018 : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

High Blood Pressure and Kidneys
Kidneys and your circulatory system depend on each other for good health. Kidneys are a pair of regulatory organs located on either side of your back. Their main function is to act as a filter system that removes waste products and excess fluid from the body. The kidneys help filter extra fluids  and wastes  from blood, and they use a lot of blood vessels to do so. When the blood vessels get damaged, the nephrons that filter our blood do not receive the oxygen and nutrients they need to function. This is why Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) is the 2nd  leading cause of Renal failure. Uncontrolled high blood pressure may cause arteries around the kidneys to narrow, weaken or harden. These damaged arteries are not able to deliver enough blood to the kidney tissue.
The nephrons in the kidneys are supplied with a vast network of blood vessels and high volumes of blood flow through them. Kidneys have small finger-like nephrons that filter blood. Each nephron receives its blood supply through tiny hair like capillaries, the smallest of blood vessels..
Healthy kidneys produce a hormone called aldosterone to help the body regulate blood pressure. Kidney damage and uncontrolled high blood pressure each contribute to a negative spiral. The more the arteries become blocked and stop functioning, the kidneys eventually fail to function.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we extend a warm welcome to all of the distinguished speakers and participants of the 15th International Conference on Nephrology and Hypertension which is scheduled to be held during July 23-24, 2018, in the fantastic Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur has many interesting attractions; like Merdeka Square, Chinatown, PETRONAS Twin Towers and much more. Nephrologists Congress 2018

High Blood Pressure, or Hypertension, means that the amount of force exerted by your blood on your artery walls while flowing through is higher than normal. With time, Hypertension can lead to Atherosclerosis (build-up of fatty deposits in the artery walls), which can lead to serious complications including heart attack, stroke and kidney disease. Hypertension (HTN) is ubiquitous in the renal failure patient. It has long been thought that renal disease interferes with salt excretion, leading to volume overload and consequent hypertension. This theory gives prominence to the kidney in long-term regulation of blood pressure (BP). It is assumed that the excess salt and water retention increases the blood flow to the tissues, which sets in motion the phenomenon of auto regulation. The tissue arterioles vasoconstrict to decrease the excessive blood flow.

Realizing the importance to offer a prominent opening to the experts in the field of Nephrology and Hypertension, we bring up the “15h International Conference on Nephrology and Hypertension” during July23-24, 2018 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Nephrologists Congress 2018 will delight the huge gathering with a cordial theme of “New Advances for prevention/treatment in the field of Nephrology and Hypertension ” and provide a special podium for Registered Nephrologists, Urologists, Hypertension Specialists and other health-care professionals, researchers and students working in the field to consciously, exchange visions and their understandings in front of large intercontinental listeners.
